Just had an amazing stay! The Gothic Room was gorgeous with beautiful decor, and breakfast was a total highlight-homemade bread and fabulous poached eggs. My hosts, Ellie and Rexy, were so cute. Only downside was the parking, which was a bit tricky.

The breakfast with homemade honey and very tasty homemade marmalade, as example is delicious and absolutely superb for what is offered. Make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with tv.

The hospitality at Heritage was excellent. Ellie and Rexy. My room, the Gothic Room, had fine decor and amazing views of the gardens. Everything felt immaculate, from the fresh linens to the ample tea and coffee facilities provided. Breakfast was a real highlight, with homemade bread and local produce that tasted fantastic. I appreciated their effort in offering a varied menu. One small downside was the parking. It was a bit tricky to find a spot on the busy street. Nonetheless, the charm of the hotel and the quality of service overshadowed this minor inconvenience. I left feeling relaxed and well taken care of.

I thought my stay would be lovely, until i discovered the wet room layout was an absolute mess, and the parking was a nightmare. I even expected a complimentary treat for enduring all that! Maybe they should think about giving guests a red carpet experience instead of just a regular stay. It woudl ve been a good review, but it just wasn't.

Unfortunately, the parking situation was quite challenging as the street was always busy. The stairs were quite steep, which may pose a problem for those with mobility issues. I also felt somewhat cramped during breakfast as we shared a large table with strangers.
